Food & Beverage Supervisor - Hotel

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their hotel team in Vereeniging . You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel's dining outlets, bars, and room service, while providing exceptional guest experiences. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for service quality, and the ability to support the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations, staff training, and upholding the hotel's high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction, ensuring every guest interaction is positive and memorable.

• Supervise daily F&B operations, including restaurant service, bar operations, and room service, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Train, coach, and motivate F&B staff to deliver outstanding service and adhere to hotel standards.
• Manage guest requests and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering of F&B supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all F&B areas.
• Support the F&B Manager with operational planning, scheduling, and performance reviews.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, including service standards, menu knowledge, and beverage management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential.
