Currently in a Relief Manager or Senior Front of House role in a high-end lodge environment

Hospitality qualification preferred (International Hotel School advantageous)

Computer literate:
Microsoft Suite, Reservation and Finance systems

Valid driver’s licence

Strong leadership, guest relations, and team-management skills

FGASA Level 3 preferred

Valid driver’s licence

• Guided drives and walks
• Guest hosting and relations
• Basic vehicle maintenance
• Assisting with lodge operations and maintenance
• Reporting to Lodge Manager

• Not pet friendly
• No children (slightly negotiable)
• Must be guest-centric, flexible, and team-oriented

• Relief Manager: R 24 000 per month DOE
• Field Guide:
  Market related salary DOE
• Live-in accommodation
• Meals and uniform provided
• Provident and medical aid fund contribution
• 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off cycle
