Duties
- Plan and manage guest activities, tours, and transfers between properties and local attractions.
- Accompany guests on excursions, providing engaging local commentary and ensuring safety.
- Suggest and arrange custom itineraries based on individual guest preferences and interests.
- Maintain clear schedules with management and transport teams regarding guest movements.
- Provide professional and safe driving services for daily activities and transfers.
- Grade 12
- A tour guiding qualification will be an advantage
- At least 2+ years experience in a similar role will be an advantage
- Driver's licence & valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP/PDP).
- Deep knowledge of regional attractions, restaurants, wine farms, and cultural landmarks.
- Polished communication and hosting abilities to interact comfortably with diverse international guests.
- Prior background in hospitality, tourism, or excursion coordination.
