Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage teams across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, and maintenance, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with the General Manager to prepare budgets, forecast expenses, and drive profitability through effective cost-control measures.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining the highest standards of service.

Candidate Profile

• 5–7 years of proven experience in hotel operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of hospitality management principles and operational best practices.
• Commitment to cultivating a positive, engaging work environment for both staff and guests.
• A degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
