Simbambili Game Lodge is seeking a Relief Manager, who will work with the Lodge Managers in running daily lodge operations, and ensuring our guests have a world-class safari experience.

• Assisting the Lodge Manager with daily lodge operations, ensuring consistent 5
  * procedures and standards are followed
• Anchoring the lodge when the Lodge Manager is off duty
• Guest relations including (but not limited to) hosting, handling guest requests, special arrangements, etc.
• Performing daily lodge administrative duties
• Performing daily and month-end finance related duties
• Leading and supporting team members across departments, including (but not limited to) allocating duties, training, etc.
• Ad hoc duties as required

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a senior guest facing role, in a high-end luxury environment (preferably 5
  * safari lodge)
• Relevant hospitality related qualification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clear Criminal Record

Technical

Skills:

• Computer literate
• Basic accounting, bookkeeping, and finance systems experience
• Reservation systems experience (eRes is preferable)
