About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Resort Operations Manager to oversee the multifaceted operations of a beautiful resort located near Rustenburg. This comprehensive role involves managing all aspects of guest services, property maintenance, F&B, and recreational activities to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience. You will lead a diverse team, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain the resort's reputation for excellence.

• Manage and coordinate daily operations across all resort departments, including front office, F&B, housekeeping, and activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize profitability.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control measures for operational departments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of supplies and services.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in resort or hotel management, with a focus on operations.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple departments and large teams.
• Strong understanding of resort operations management principles, including budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in resort management software and standard office applications.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related business field is preferred.
