About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to lead their corporate events division in Klerksdorp . You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-quality catering services for a diverse range of corporate clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction from initial contact through to event completion. This role requires a blend of culinary understanding, strong logistical planning, excellent client relationship management, and a keen eye for detail to deliver seamless and memorable events.

• Develop and manage catering proposals, budgets, and contracts for corporate clients.
• Oversee all aspects of event execution, including menu selection, staffing, logistics, and on-site management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring service excellence.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop creative and appropriate menus for various corporate functions.
• Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure all catering operations adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Proven experience as a Catering Manager or Events Manager, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and event logistics.
