A prestigious luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger Area, Limpopo, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead its hospitality team. The role requires strong food and beverage management expertise, exceptional guest relations, and a passion for luxury hospitality standards.

• Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
• Strong food and beverage service background with wine knowledge; sommelier experience advantageous
• Leadership and team development skills with a guest-centric approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong stock control, ordering, and supplier relationship management
• Organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Detail-oriented; quality-driven, and commercially minded
• Warm; professional, and confident leadership presence
• Creative eye for aesthetics and presentation
• Honest; dependable, and solutions-focused

• Market related salary DOE
• Live-in position with company accommodation and meals while on duty
