• Deliver professional Food and Beverage services to residents and guests
• Ensure effective service in dining rooms, bars, lounges, pool areas, Room Service, and off-site functions
• Respond promptly and attentively to individual guest needs and expectations
• Apply technical knowledge of Food and Beverage service in a luxury setting
• Follow varied service sequences including breakfast, à la carte, Table d'hôte, buffet, and room service

• Grade 10 qualification
• Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role within a Luxury 5-Star Hotel or Lodge
• Formal professional development in Food and Beverage

• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
