Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage operations within their bustling Event Venues in Benoni. • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the F&B department during events.
• Manage and train F&B staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control for food and beverages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all F&B areas.
• Assist in menu planning and presentation to ensure high-quality culinary offerings.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.

• Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in event catering or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, preparation, and presentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the food industry.
