• Convert enquiries into bookings through a confident understanding of the property and its experiences.
• Maintain accurate bookings, rates, availability, payments and guest information.
• Build strong relationships with travel advisors, agents and repeat guests.
• Work closely with the operational team to communicate preferences, special requests and arrival arrangements.
• Monitor booking performance and identify opportunities to maximise occupancy and revenue.

• Proven reservations management or senior reservations experience within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Confidence working with reservations systems, rates and booking reports.
