This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Manager, Guest Liaison, Duty Manager or luxury hospitality professional who thrives on personalised service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

You will be the key point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, highly personalised and delivered to the highest luxury standards.

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality.
• Hospitality Manager, Guest Liaison, Duty Manager or similar experience advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and handle requests professionally.
• Calm and proactive under pressure.
• Passion for personalised service and guest satisfaction.

• Provide personalised, high-end guest service.
• Coordinate activities, experiences and special requests.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Liaise with lodge departments to ensure seamless service.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the guest journey.
• Maintain exceptional luxury hospitality standards.

Salary: R15,000 – R18,000 DOE
