Guest Relations Officer

Our client is seeking a polished and attentive Guest Relations Officer to join their prestigious hotel in Welkom . You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and anticipate guest needs to provide an exceptional level of service. • Welcome and assist guests, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Build rapport with guests, anticipating their needs and offering personalized services to enhance their stay.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain guest records and feedback, identifying trends and areas for service improvement.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with challenging guest situations.
• Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
