Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced F&B Manager to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Franschhoek. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Food & Beverage operation, ensuring exceptional service standards and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Position: F&B Manager

Salary: R35,000 – R45,000 per month

• Oversee the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations.
• Lead; train and motivate the F&B team.
• Maintain exceptional service and presentation standards.
• Manage stock, budgets and departmental costs.
• Ensure a consistently outstanding guest experience.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

• Previous F&B management experience within a luxury or 5-star property.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverage and service operations.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Professional; guest-focused and hands‑on approach.
• Relevant hospitality qualification would be advantageous.
