18 On The Hill, a luxury 5-star lodge, is looking for a Junior / Assistant Manager to join our team.
We're looking for someone genuine with a warm and engaging personality. Skills can be taught, but care and sincerity can't.
Someone who will- Create exceptional, memorable experiences for our guests
- Guide, support and inspire our team
- Handle day-to-day admin and lodge operations
- Build genuine relationships with guests from arrival to departure
- Experience in a similar hospitality role
- A warm, caring and genuine personality (this matters most to us!)
- A passion for delivering a high level of guest service
- Strong admin skills and the ability to lead a team
- 6 weeks on site, 2 weeks off leave cycle
- Accommodation and meals provided
