Job Description Receptionist- Luxury Lodge

Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for a luxury lodge based in Hoedspruit. Our client is seeking a professional, well-presented Receptionist with strong hospitality experience and a passion for exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming guests and ensuring a professional first impression
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
- Handling reservations and administrative duties
- Liaising with various lodge departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and systems
- Upholding the lodge’s service standards at all times
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, preferably within a luxury lodge or high-end hotel
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging situations professionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of lodge and front office operations
- Proficiency in computer systems and property management systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
