Requirements
- Previous Front of House experience within a luxury lodge, game reserve or 5-star hospitality environment
- Excellent guest interaction and hosting skills
- Warm, professional and confident personality
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs
- Professional presentation and a strong service ethic
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Comfortable living and working in a remote game reserve environment
