About the Role
Our client is seeking a polished and personable Guest Relations Manager to enhance the guest experience at their esteemed establishment in Benoni . This role is central to ensuring that every guest receives personalized attention, their needs are anticipated, and any issues are resolved promptly and professionally, thereby fostering loyalty and positive reviews. You will be the face of guest satisfaction, working collaboratively with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams to deliver unparalleled service.

- Oversee the guest experience, ensuring all guest needs and requests are met efficiently and courteously.
- Manage the front desk operations during shifts, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Liaise with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and special requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, local attractions, and services to assist guests effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest relations, front desk management, or a similar customer-facing role in hospitality.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of professionalism and a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and standard office applications.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Fluency in English and any additional local languages is a plus.
