Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years HR administration experience
  • Must have payroll experience
  • Proven time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Uniclox experience will be an advantage
  • SAGE People 300 experience will be an advantage

    Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll administration, including checking timesheets and ensuring accurate payroll inputs
  • Capture and maintain employee information on HR systems
  • Process and manage time and attendance records
  • Ensure accurate filing and record keeping of employee documentation
  • Assist with HR administration such as onboarding documents, leave forms, and general HR support
  • Handle employee queries professionally and escalate where required
  • Ensure all HR and payroll data is updated correctly and submitted within deadlines
