What To Expect
Tesla is seeking an HR Operations Manager to join our growing HR Operations team in the Northern Europe Region. The role will have a strong focus on both operational delivery and effective team management, ensuring outstanding levels of service to our internal customers and supporting the ongoing development of our services.

Please note that we are looking for 1 HR Operations Manager in the Nordics. The role can be based in Oslo, Bergen, Stockholm or Copenhagen.
What You’ll Do- Manage a team working on both Core HR employee lifecycle processes and Payroll input. Team tasks include supporting the process of new joiners, absence management, leavers, and general HR-ticket enquiries. As well as monthly payroll input, processing and compliance checks
- Monitor and report upon key SLAs, metrics and KPIs to drive the strongest possible output from the HR Operations team
- Collaborate effectively with wider-HR teams across Partnering, Recruitment, Payroll Finance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all employee processes
- Responsible in driving operational HR strategy for the team; removing problems and adopting a proactive approach to partner with the business to provide the best possible employee experience
- Communicate clearly with business leaders and stakeholders to inform and educate on HR strategy. In aim, to promote self-serve opportunities, improve HR presence, empower managers and remove obstacles
- Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure ongoing accuracy and processing diligence
- Relevant experience in Human Resources with a solid understanding of Nordics employment law
- People management experience preferably in an HR Shared Service/Operations organisation
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience owning compliance related topics and performing necessary audits
- Business fluency in English required and one of the other Nordic languages
