We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide valuable support to the Human Resources department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, while also contributing to the coordination of company events and gaining exposure to various aspects of HR management.
Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Recruitment SupportPost, update, and remove job advertisements on job boards and careers pages
Screen CVs and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Initiate background checks for potential candidates
Provide interview feedback to candidates
Address employee queries related to benefits
Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
Organize and maintain employee documentation, including new employee files
Assist with general HR administration, employee information, and employment applications
Participate in organizing company events and career days
Act as a culture ambassador, promoting a positive and healthy work environment aligned with company values
