Location: Kuruman

Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for an experienced Talent Management Superintendent individual to be based in the Kuruman, Northern Cape.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology
  • SABPP or HPCSA accreditation
  • 5 – 8 years’ experience in EE, ER, Recruitment, Talent Management (experience in the mining department)
  • 3 years’ experience in HR Management
  • 2 years’ experience in operational psychometrics

  • Salary: R1.1M/yr – R1.5M/yr, negotiable
