This People Partner role sits at the heart of a dynamic financial services organisation, translating business strategy into impactful people initiatives. You will act as a strategic advisor and change agent, aligning human capital strategy with commercial priorities while enabling leaders to build high-performing, future-ready teams.
The role combines strategic leadership development, culture enablement, and operational HR excellence. You will design and deliver leadership frameworks tailored to fintech realities, embed learning pathways across the organisation, and ensure measurable impact on performance, engagement, and retention.

What You’ll Do
• Design and implement a leadership development strategy aligned to digital transformation and regulatory agility
• Partner with Exco and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and succession needs
• Build structured learning pathways for emerging leaders, managers, and executives
• Introduce blended learning solutions including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and mentoring
• Facilitate leadership workshops, offsites, and coaching sessions
• Manage bursaries, learnerships, and internship programmes
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, ensuring measurable impact and ROI
• Track leadership readiness, engagement, and retention metrics
• Support cultural transformation initiatives aligned to innovation, agility, and trust
• Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into leadership pipelines
• Lead wellness strategies and initiatives that enhance employee experience
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification advantageous
• 8+ years’ experience in Learning & Development and leadership roles, preferably within fintech or financial services
• Registered Skills Development Facilitator
• Proven experience managing bursaries, learnerships, and internship programmes
• Strong expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience with accreditation processes and facilitation
• Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning platforms
• Strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and project management capability
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills
