A highly reputable Mining Company based in the Mpumalanga Province, has the perfect opportunity for an Executive HR Manager Mining with extensive mining experience. The role will have a functional reporting line to the Executive:
Human Resources to provide world class HR services to the Rustenburg Operations.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in HR

• MBA /MBL (Honours) related leadership qualification (NQF
8)

• 10 - 15 Years Senior Human Resource Management generalist experience

• 5 years’ experience at an Executive HR level

• Hard rock mining experience
