Location: KwaDukuza
A challenging opportunity for an experienced HRBP/Generalist to lead aspects of HR Operations within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment, driving operational excellence and business performance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A Degree in Human Resources or related field (Essential).
- Relevant Honours qualification (Desirable).
- Minimum 6- 8 years HR experience with strong HR operations experience.
- At least 4
-5 years Management experience. - Solid experience in HR operations.
- Project management exposure (advantageous).
- Experience in manufacturing, Automotive or FMCG environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Sound knowledge of HR legislation including LRA, BCEA, EE Act.
- Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection best practices.
- EE and BBBEE knowledge and reporting.
