This is a full time on-site Human Resources role based in Johannesburg. The HR Consultant will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role involves proving hands-on HR advice, representation and on-site consulting services as needed

• Minimum 2-3 years experience
• Human Resources Management skills
• Employment Equity knowledge
• Knowledge of HR and Employee Relations
• Familiarity with Labor Law and Employment Law
• Experience in Industrial Relations and wage negotiations is beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is necessary
