Position: Conveyancing Paralegal (Transfers)

15 000 - R15 000 Based on experience Monthly Cost To Company Our client based in La Lucia, Durban, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their dynamic and professional team. The ideal candidate will need to have solid experience in conveyancing, with specific exposure to property transfers and estate-related matters
Salary: R15 000 CTC per month
Minimum Requirements:

Matric

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience handling property transfers from inception to registration

Proven experience with estate transfers (essential)

Knowledge of bond registrations and bond cancellations will be advantageous

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple files efficiently

Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Managing conveyancing files, including conventional and estate transfers, from inception to registration

Drafting, preparing, and reviewing conveyancing documentation

Liaising with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and the Deeds Office

Monitoring the progress of files and ensuring adherence to deadlines

Providing general conveyancing and administrative support to the conveyancing department
