A well-established legal practice is seeking to appoint a dedicated and capable Admitted Attorney to join their team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys working across multiple areas of law within a supportive general practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and assisting with civil, criminal, and labour law matters

Drafting pleadings, legal correspondence, and court documents

Appearing in court and representing clients where required

Handling matters independently from consultation through to resolution

Assisting with office oversight, staff supervision, and general practice support

Minimum requirements:

Admitted Attorney in South Africa

Previous experience within legal practice

Ability to appear in court confidently and manage matters independently

Strong drafting and legal research skills

Professional, organized, and able to work in a small-office environment
