• 3‑year Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant Qualification + minimum 2 years’ experience, or
• minimum 3 years relevant experience in industry with experience in all job‑related requirements listed below.

3‑year experience and at least intermediate skill level working on a warehouse management system. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint for data management, reporting and effective communication with clients and suppliers.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory / Team Leader role.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in stock control.
• Knowledge of inbound, return processes and workflows.
• Experience in investigating and troubleshooting stock discrepancies.
• Skills in planning, organising, leading, controlling and monitoring.
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels within the company.
• Strong attention to detail and high quality of work.
• Ability to meet and manage internal and personal KPI’s and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, work instructions and workloads.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management principles.
• Ability to work extended hours / after hours if and when required by operations.
• Responsible for planning, preparing and executing daily workload to be handed over for distribution to employees.
• Retrieve and compile data into reports used for performance management, progress tracking and investigations.

• Compliance:
  Must ensure full site compliance with DSV policies, regulations, work instructions, maintenance and the ability to cope with stress and work effectively under constant pressure (SHERQ: internal measurement and auditing ofચ્ચ site processes to ensure stability and improvement in areas of health and safety, environment and facility compliance/risk mitigation).

This role will be responsible for the leading and adolescousing of inbound, outbound and inventory operations.

• Manage and oversee the day‑to‑day warehousing operations at the facility.
• Adhere to HSE compliance and responsibilities.
• Create and maintain various reports in line with KPI and contractual obligations.
• Control, act, investigate and complete CAPA documents if necessary, including consignments, error percentages,anm KPI requirements.
• Practice and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Daily reporting to management.
• Monitor and report on attendance of staff.
• Perform duties in other departments as per operational requirements or when required by management.
• Oversee special projects.
