Description:
Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable mining company based in Free State is looking for a skilled Section Manager to oversee their mining operations. The successful candidate will be involved in managing the team, enhancing mining operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of operational staff to achieve production targets

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team

Develop and implement operational strategies for continuous improvement

Monitor and report on production efficiencies

Oversee the management of budgets and costs related to the section’s operations

Requirements:

Grade 12

Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering or related field

Mine Managers Certificate of Competency

Trackless Mining Experience

5 years’ experience in Gold Mining.
