We’re on the hunt for a Head of Sales and Operations. Are you passionate about leading high-performing teams, scaling operations, and driving commercial performance in a fast-moving environment? As Head of Sales and Operations, you will take full operational responsibility for an international market from Kwa Zulu-Natal, driving performance, forecasting, and revenue alignment while strengthening operational structure, reporting, and efficiency across processes. You will build a high-performance culture focused on scalability, development, and results, partner closely with executive leadership on growth strategy and long-term planning, analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and mentor, coach, and develop your team to deliver operational excellence consistently.
If you have the following:
8–15 years’ experience in operations or commercial operations environments
Proven experience leading sizeable teams (80+ headcount)
Strong analytical, reporting, and commercial acumen
Executive presence with confident influencing and communication skills
Experience improving structure, systems, or operational efficiency
Ambition to step up into a strategic, high-impact leadership role
