- Manage and drive productivity and efficiency to achieve set targets.
- Ensure minimization reworks through continuous improvement of quality of workmanship.

- Conduct adhoc inspection and consolidate reports.
- Manage Reports from Department Of Transport.
- Ensure training and supervision of staff in the workshop.
- Ensure that health, safety and environmental procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure that the teams understand the SCP.
- Drive WIP daily.
- Manage accident scene & consolidate reports.
