The Service and Maintenance Admin Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative, operational, and financial performance of the service and maintenance branch. This role ensures efficient job coordination, high-quality customer service, effective team leadership, and adherence to company standards and procedures.

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
Valid driver’s license required.
Oversee the full service and maintenance job lifecycle (quotations, job allocation, execution, invoicing, and closure).
Ensure all service jobs (breakdowns, maintenance, and supply-only) are processed efficiently and within SLA.
Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
Implement and maintain operational procedures and workflows.
Ensure optimal scheduling and utilization of technicians and resources.
Manage all branch administrative functions including job cards, service reports, and documentation.
Ensure accurate data capture and reporting within ERP systems.
Oversee stock control and spare parts administration.
Manage branch budgets, costs, and profitability.
Review and approve quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
Monitor revenue, margins, and cost control measures.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and implement corrective actions where required.
