A senior hospitality opportunity for an operational leader who knows how to make excellence happen. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take full operational responsibility for a prestigious events and hospitality venue in the Cape Winelands. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines commercial acumen, operational discipline and exceptional guest service — with the maturity and authority to lead a high-performing team.

You will be responsible for:

• Full operational oversight of the venue and facilities
• Driving revenue growth, efficiency and profitability
• Budget management, cost control and financial performance
• Leading, developing and holding the team accountable
• Maintenance, security, health & safety and compliance
• Flawless execution of events, functions and meetings
• Managing escalated guest concerns with professionalism
• Implementing pricing, promotions and commercial strategies
• Coordinating seamless cross-departmental workflows
• Driving SOPs, policies and operational standards
• Full bar management

• 5–8 years' hospitality and venue operations management experience
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• A confident, visible and decisive leader
