Senwes Equipment is looking for an experienced Branch Manager (Mechanisation) to lead branch operations and drive sustainable growth within the agricultural equipment sector.
This role is responsible for managing sales, service delivery, inventory control, and financial performance within the branch. The Branch Manager will ensure excellent customer relationships, efficient operations, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives while leading and developing a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will also oversee branch financial performance, manage stock effectively, implement marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
