About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Electrical Engineering Manager to lead their electrical engineering department in Klerksdorp. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of electrical design, infrastructure development, and technical operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices. You will be responsible for managing a team of highly skilled engineers and technicians, fostering innovation, and driving operational excellence.

- Lead, manage, and mentor the electrical engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for electrical infrastructure and system upgrades.
- Oversee the design, procurement, and installation of major electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all national and international electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and project portfolios effectively.
- Collaborate with senior management to align electrical engineering initiatives with business goals.

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale electrical projects and teams.
- Expertise in power distribution, electrical systems design, and project lifecycle management.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
