About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Insurance Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their busy branch in Vereeniging. This leadership role involves managing teams responsible for policy administration, customer service, and claims support to ensure efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. You will play a key role in optimizing operational processes, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Gauteng region.

- Lead, manage, and develop operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the end-to-end insurance policy lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
