• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive customer experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and service goals.
• Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies to increase branch revenue.
• Oversee customer service initiatives, resolving client issues and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Manage branch inventory, cash flow, and operational expenses effectively.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or branch management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
