Purpose Of The Job:

Our client is an exciting new automotive brand establishing its head office operations and building the business from the ground up. This role is suited to an enthusiastic, committed professional who is eager to be part of a long-term journey, contribute to shaping processes and culture, and play a key role in developing and growing the department from its early stages.

The Marketing Assistant / Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing activities, campaigns, and brand initiatives, ensuring consistency across all channels and dealer touchpoints. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, supporting lead-generation initiatives, and maintaining brand compliance throughout the dealer network.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and has a strong understanding of marketing principles and automotive branding.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination & Execution
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with OEM objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns effectively
  • Assist in the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing collateral and point-of-sale (POS) materials
Dealer & Agency Liaison
  • Act as the main point of contact for dealer marketing support, ensuring adherence to OEM brand standards
  • Liaise with advertising agencies, media partners, and production vendors to coordinate campaign deliverables
  • Support dealers with localised marketing efforts, campaign implementation, and reporting requirements
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Support
  • Assist in the management and execution of digital campaigns, including email, social media, and online advertising
  • Track lead-generation activities, ensuring leads are properly captured, qualified, and distributed to the dealer network
  • Support reporting on digital marketing performance and ROI
Brand Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure all marketing activities, materials, and campaigns comply with OEM brand guidelines and corporate identity
  • Monitor campaign performance, generating reports for the Marketing Manager and dealer network
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project documentation
  • Monitor marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure budget adherence
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing performance summaries
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in marketing coordination, preferably within the automotive OEM sector
  • Understanding of automotive branding, dealer networks, and campaign management
  • Experience liaising with agencies and managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously
  • Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools; familiarity with CRM or digital marketing platforms advantageous

  • Ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights

  • Timely delivery of marketing campaigns and launches
  • Lead-generation performance and conversion support
  • Brand compliance adherence across all dealer networks

  • Stakeholder satisfaction with marketing support and coordination
