Een zorgorganisatie in Nederland zoekt een Leefondersteuner C om cliënten te ondersteunen in hun dagelijks leven. De rol omvat ADL-taken, sociale activiteiten en zorg voor een schone omgeving. Ideale kandidaten hebben een diploma Helpende zorg en welzijn en zijn gemotiveerd om cliënten te helpen zelfstandig thuis te wonen. Deze functie biedt een contract van 16-20 uur per week met opleidingsmogelijkheden en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
