A conservation programme is seeking a skilled and driven 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗡 𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗚 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥 to join their team!

This is a field-based role suited to a candidate with a strong conservation science background and a genuine interest in applied wildlife research and education — particularly vulture conservation. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between project coordination, data management, fieldwork, and community education delivery in a dynamic, multi-focus programme environment.

Core Criteria:

Master's degree in Conservation or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
Valid driver's licence with 4x4 driving capability
Demonstrated experience in report writing and data management
Proficiency in Earth Ranger and QGIS
Experience in wildlife education, with a focus on conservation outreach
Basic financial management skills
Experience in fundraising and project management (advantageous)

Candidate Responsibilities:

Support the coordination and delivery of projects across the conservation programme
Coordinate programme data collection, management, and reporting of outputs
Develop and deliver wildlife education content, with a dedicated focus on vulture conservation
Provide operational and logistical support to Vulture Project activities
Maintain accurate records and contribute to programme reporting requirements
Assist with data management across relevant platforms including Earth Ranger and QGIS
