Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative with strong experience in the transport and logistics sector, specifically in super link operations or freight forwarding. The ideal candidate will have a solid network within the industry, proven ability to generate new business, and an understanding of road freight operations and customer service requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, identify, and secure new transport and freight clients (super link and local).
  • Manage existing customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Prepare and present client quotations, proposals, and transport solutions.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure service efficiency.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12) essential;
    Diploma in Sales, Logistics, or Supply Chain will be an advantage.
  • 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in the transport or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong understanding of super link truck operations, load planning, and delivery routes.
  • Established client base or network within the transport/freight industry (advantageous).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
