? About the Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations—managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes and tenders, and coordinating orders from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our sales, procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face

• Provide accurate product and pricing information

• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and tenders

• Follow up on leads and quotations to convert inquiries into sales

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry

• Coordinate with logistics and production to fulfill orders

• Track deliveries and keep clients informed

• Resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints

• Maintain and update customer records

• Generate sales reports and forecasts

• Support external sales reps and field operations

• Liaise with finance for invoicing and payment follow-ups

• Assist with marketing campaigns and customer outreach

• Research competitors, pricing trends, and market demand

• Identify new business opportunities

• Provide feedback to improve sales strategies

What We’re Looking For:

Suitable candidate to start immediately!

1–3 years’ experience in internal sales or customer service
Experience in tendering and order processing
Strong grasp of sales principles and quotation processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with customer data management systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Industry-specific experience in reinforcing steel and mesh is a plus
