Location: Fourways

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Solar Sales Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities, expand our client base, and grow market presence for our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, knowledge of the renewable energy industry, and a proven ability to build long-term relationships.
This role requires a combination of business development, technical understanding of solar solutions, and exceptional client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct client consultations, site assessments, and feasibility studies
  • Develop tailored solar solutions and proposals for clients
  • Negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and close deals effectively
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in renewable energy or technical solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Technical understanding of solar energy systems and renewable energy solutions (advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
