•
Market Development & Strategy
o Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in the low-pressure blower and compressor segment.
o Develop and implement a comprehensive market entry and growth strategy for South Africa and Neighbouring countries.
o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to refine business strategies.

Sales Execution
o Actively engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, customer visits, presentations, and negotiations.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
o Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth during the initial business development phase.

Distributor & Regional Support
o Provide technical and commercial support to distributors, local and in neighboring countries.
o Assist in training, product positioning, and sales enablement.
o Ensure consistent brand representation and customer satisfaction across the region.

Business Growth & Transition
o Establish a pipeline of sustainable opportunities to support long-term growth.
o Transition from a primarily sales-focused role to a strategic business development role as the market matures.
o Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Grade 12.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering).
• Experience in the low-pressure market, installation, sizing, and a clear understanding of the low-pressure processes.
• Proven track record in business development and technical sales, ideally within industrial equipment, compressors, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of low-pressure blower and compressor applications.
• Experience working with distributors and regional partners in Southern Africa.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within South Africa and neighboring countries.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on sales ability.
• Technical aptitude to understand and communicate product benefits.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
• Ability to balance short-term sales execution with long-term business development goals.
• Resilience, adaptability, and drive to succeed in a developing market.
