Overview

Hire Resolve is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our client, an international chemical manufacturing company, in Vanderbijlpark. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting and selling our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends in the chemical industry.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base.

Act as a technical advisor to clients, offering expertise on product selection, application, and usage.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

Previous experience in technical sales, chemical sales knowledge will be beneficial, preferably in the Vanderbijlpark area

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.

Ability to identify and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.

Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts
