Agricultural Sales Rep

Agricultural Sales Rep position available in Ceres.

A fast-growing agricultural equipment and technology company is looking for an energetic and driven Agricultural Sales Representative to join its team in Ceres.

The successful candidate will represent a comprehensive range of agricultural equipment and precision farming solutions, working directly with farmers, packhouses, and agricultural co-operatives.

The role focuses on helping customers improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.

• Bin-on-the-Ground Trailers
• Air Suspension Bin Trailers
• Harvesting and Orchard Solutions
• Precision spreading equipment and AgTech solutions
• A broad range of innovative agricultural products

• Conduct farm visits, product demonstrations, and customer follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agri dealers, and industry partners
• Identify new business opportunities and develop sales leads
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer requirements
• Represent the company professionally in the field

• 3–5 years’ experience in agricultural, equipment, or technical sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good computer literacy (MS Office and CRM systems)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Understanding of AgTech or precision farming systems (advantageous)
• Self-driven, confident, and passionate about the agricultural industry
