Technical Sales Representative – Industrial Machines

Location: Boksburg, South Africa

Department: Industrial Equipment

Your Mission:

You will build powerful relationships with a wide range of customers across multiple industries and show how our superior German‑engineered technology can raise their standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Location: Boksburg, South Africa – with nationwide travel.

This is how you WOW:
  • You will lead Kärcher's growth across theIn the industrial channel, developing strategies that place our WOW professional products in front of businesses nationwide.
  • Your mission is to build powerful relationships with industrial clients, identifying potential customers and offering cleaning solutions for all parts of their business.
  • You will be the architect of our industrial success, ensuring our brand presence is strong and sales targets are exceeded through expert consultation and compelling on‑site product demonstrations.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in field sales.
  • Matric is essential; a Sales Diploma or Degree is advantageous.
  • A strong technical aptitude and the ability to clearly communicate at all tingkat.
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to keep the company vehicle in a roadworthy condition.
Your WOW impact:
  • Achieve your annual sales budget and targets for the Direct Professional channel.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 face‑to‑face customer visits and conduct at least 3 product demos per week.
  • Submit a minimum of escolh 10 quotes weekly and ensure all customer information accommodates and activities are accurately captured in our CRM system (One View).
  • Deliver, commission, and provide training for all machines sold to the customer, completing all handover documentation.
