The Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and institutions that specialize in medical dermatology. The Territory Manager will develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives, and coordinate with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field-based employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated geography.
Responsibilities- Promote Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio in targeted physician offices, clinics, and institutions.
- Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with HQ Commercial Team and field-based colleagues to drive product acceptance in the territory.
- Manage calls, CRM data, and expense reporting; timely reporting of activities.
- Manage promotional budgets within the territory and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Bachelor Degree
- Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales experience
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
- Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt and deliver results
- Valid driver’s license
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years medical dermatology sales experience
- Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment
- Experience promoting high-science products
- Product launch experience
- Experience selling in a highly competitive environment
This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic environment while maintaining focus on achieving territory business goals. They should be highly motivated and professional, capable of building trust with a matrix team, and should be transparent, ethical, and compliant in all activities. They should be proficient at selling and presenting detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable fashion.

- Understand and leverage CRM, sales data, and reports
