We are looking for a proactive, high-energy Business Development Manager to join our Sales & CRM team. In this role, you won’t just be "selling"—at Ti, you will be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them solve business challenges through our bespoke insights and professional services.

The Role

As our Business Development Manager, your mission is to fuel revenue growth by identifying new prospects and deeply nurturing our existing blue‑chip client accounts. You will be the bridge between our industry-leading insights and the commercial needs of FMCG leaders.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Revenue:
    Proactively prospect, pitch, and develop commercially sound proposals that hit (and exceed) targets.
  • Strategic Account Management:
    Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building trusted relationships with Commercial Directors and key stakeholders.
  • Solution Selling:
    Listen to client needs and match them with Ti’s suite of solutions, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Pipeline Excellence:
    Maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline within our CRM, ensuring seamless forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate:
    Work alongside our Insights, Marketing, and Product teams to scope and design services that solve real-world retail problems.
  • Stay Ahead:
    Keep your finger on the pulse of FMCG market trends and competitor activity to inform your sales strategy.
